Being a small business owner with a very small staff and low staff turnover, recruiting is something I rarely do and never look forward to. I'm sure most small business owners would concur.

When I received your email describing how Shortlisting works I was intrigued if somewhat sceptical. I was well aware of my own shortcomings as a recruiter and frustrated with doing my own advertising online and the monitoring thereof.

Your expertise in electronic advertising reached a sufficient number of candidates to ensure that many people applied for the position. Your shortlisting of quality resumes was certainly a key benefit and saved me a great deal of time. After receiving your recommended resumes, I very much appreciated your phone contact with the candidates and the well chosen questions you put to them. From those that you recommended, it was easy to make appointments and conduct interviews with the shortlisted few.

A particular benefit is that your fee for service (as opposed to percentage of employee's salary from full sevice recruiters) means that my company is your client - not the employee.
