Shortlist Consulting's 7.5% Recruitment service provides a full recruitment service with a total fee of only 7.5% +GST of the agreed remuneration package for your role, paid once the successful candidate has been appointed.

We tailor each campaign, advertising frequently on major internet job boards, as well as searching our own and online candidate databases.

We assess all applicants against your criteria and forward the best matches to you for review. We then conduct telephone interviews with candidates approved by you and submit a written report on each.

We stay involved through the subsequent process, arranging interviews, determining final candidate attitudes and motivations and assisting with employment condition negotiations if necessary.

Reference checking of the successful candidate completes the process and a three month replacement warranty provides a degree of assurance.
