Shortlist Consulting's $4,000 Flat Fee Recruitment service provides a full recruitment service for a total fee of only $4,000 + GST.
There is an upfront commitment fee of $500 +GST that secures your low flat rate. This is deducted from the final fee, so when you appoint someone, we invoice you $3,500 +GST.
We assess all applicants against your criteria, conduct telephone interviews with selected candidates, prepare a written report on the best people and submit that information plus their resume to you for review.
We stay involved through the subsequent process, arranging interviews, determining final candidate attitudes and motivations and assisting with employment condition negotiations if necessary.
Reference checking of the successful candidate completes the process, and a six month replacement warranty provides you with a degree of assurance and a reasonable time to assess the person's suitability in the role. Should you need a replacement within 6 months then we will find that replacement charging you only a $500 upfront replacement fee.
